  1. General Information a. This Shipping Policy applies to the shipping and delivery of Horizon Ostomy wraps purchased from our small business website. b. We offer free shipping within Canada and a flat fee for shipping outside of Canada of $10.00 CDN.

  4. Shipping Costs a. Shipping within Canada: We offer free shipping for all orders within Canada. b. Shipping outside of Canada: A $10.00 CDN flat fee will be charged for all international shipments, excluding customs duties, taxes, and additional fees.

  5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes a. For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may be imposed by the destination country's customs authority. b. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and comply with any applicable customs regulations, including the payment of any associated fees. c. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges resulting from customs clearance processes.

Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available or updated in real-time.

  7. Shipping Address a. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during the checkout process. b. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  8. Undeliverable Packages a. In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons beyond our control, it may be returned to us. b. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
